Experienced Sales Negotiator (Full Time)
For Immediate start – October 2017
The role will principally involve the negotiating and facilitation of residential property sales pipeline. As part of the job the applicant will qualify applicants, progress sales from offer to completion. The managing/placing of adverts in the local press/social media and assistance with property listings and general administration will be further required.
The successful candidate must have previous experience and further training will be given. The applicant must be sales driven, tenacious, self-motivated and enthusiastic, enjoy working as part of a team and have good organisational/communication skills.
A knowledge of IT and Vebra is considered essential.
Competitive rate of pay, commensurate with experience.
