Chartered Surveyor
Originating from a farming family in East Yorkshire, Kath qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and spent 12 years training and working in both South and North Lincolnshire as a rural surveyor.
She joined Perkins, George Mawer & Co. in 2006 and specialises in rent reviews, valuations and land agency.
