Tenure, Possession and Holdover The land is offered for sale freehold with vacant possession on completion subject to holdover for the outgoing tenant to harvest the growing crops.
Basic Payment There are no Basic Payment Scheme entitlements included with the sale. If the purchaser requires entitlements the agent will be able to provide these at extra cost (£50 per Acre).
The buyer(s) will be required to indemnify the outgoing tenant against any future breaches of Cross Compliance between entering the land and the 31st December 2020.
