The Land is in the parish of Fenton, near Gainsborough (see attached plans) and fronts on to Lincoln Road (A156).
Fenton is a village in the West Lindsey District of Lincolnshire. The village is situated approximately 9 miles north-west of the City of Lincoln and some 4 miles (6.4 km) west of the popular village, Saxilby.
