Location Bullington is a hamlet situated fronting the A158 Trunk road. Lying Approximately 8 miles east from the City of Lincoln and 7 miles south from the market town of Market Rasen.

Directions From the Agents’ offices turn left onto Queen Street, turn right at the traffic lights onto the B1202. Follow this road through Linwood, Lissington, Holton cum Beckering and into Wragby. In Wragby turn right onto the A158 Wragby to Lincoln road. The property can be found on the right hand side about 3 miles from Wragby.

History A Heritage Impact Assessment in the support of the relevant planning application has been carried out which reveals that the Hall (main farmhouse) is a Grade II listed building dated back to the 17th Century with later additions constructed in brick with limestone ashlar dressings and course rubble limestone all supporting a plain rosemary type tiled roof to the front south elevation. Certain building materials within the Hall are believed to have been re-used from Bullington Priory now no longer.
The farm buildings principally in brick and tile are typically Victorian and are not listed. The buildings include a mid-20th century corn store/ general purpose building.
The last agricultural use for the traditional buildings was in conjunctions with a dairy enterprise.

Farm Buildings The two ranges are constructed in brick and tiled roofs and lie to the west of the farmstead. The units are offered for sale with the benefit of planning permission and listed building consent for conversion into a single dwelling and holiday let, both dated 2nd March 2018.
