Grainthorpe is a small coastal village which lies south of Marshchapel. It is situated 7 miles north-east from the town of Louth, and approximately 3 miles from the Lincolnshire coast.

Follow King Street through this village and then Fen Road onto the A1031 turning left to Grainthorpe. On reaching the village of Grainthorpe the property can be found on the left hand side.
