Residential Valuer

A full-time, vacancy has arisen in the residential department of this well-established, firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Estate Agents and Auctioneers based in Market Rasen.

 

The Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking marketing valuations and working alongside a sales negotiator to win sales instructions and handle all aspects of the house selling process from listing to legal completion within a multi-disciplined practice.

The role requires a self-motivated individual with experience of sales/marketing, real estate valuation and customer service. IT literacy, good communication skills and a keen interest in property would be beneficial. A technical knowledge of legislation will also be required to succeed in the position, although the candidate will be supported to undertake training and study for professional qualifications.

It is a varied and interesting position and involves both office working and time out in the field. Considered to be a long-term position with the potential to grow and develop an already thriving department and generate new business in an exciting and changing environment.

 

Salary: Dependent on experience.

Benefits: Company pension, Car allowance.

Holidays: 23 days/annum.

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 12.00noon (rotational).
